They sent the wrong outfit to my son for his Prom. I was very upset. Came back into the store and the manager was very apologetic but the harm had been done.

Jess was soo helpful with us! My partners suit didn't fit and had bought it back in January for our wedding this month but when we rang to ask about exchanging it, it was no trouble for her and she helped us out immensely. Cannot thank her enough!
