Poor experience. I paid for my goods at the self checkout and left the store. I was then chased down by an M&S employee who claimed my transaction declined. Me think not much of it went back and paid. I then got home and saw 2 charges on my card. I went back to the store and it was confirmed the m&s employee had a mistake... read full comment

Jumped up security guard followed my friend around the store and even to the bathroom after having absolutely no reason to stop Her at all. Will never step foot Here again.
