Yesterday I tried to pick up my parcel from this shop and it was around 3pm.There was another young lady which she would like to return the parcel.Unfortunately,shop was CLOSED as I need this item for tomorrow I’ll try again TODAY straight away from morning hopefully they will be open.It was very upsetting for me.
