I used the optician because I really couldn't find any nice frames at specsavers and their service was pants. Staff at JL very friendly and clearly well trained. The lady who helped me choose frames was great at helping me find something that suited me rather then merely fit. They also do the second pair half price.

It would now seem impossible to get to speak to the Milton Keynes store. You either get a South African call centre or are asked to join a WhatsApp queue with multiple choice questions and someone will get back to you, all this via a bot. I have been awaiting a repair for three weeks and needed to speak to the store direct.... read full comment

Decent enough food for adults, but the kids meals lack any greens. The kids chicken goujons were hard, with okay (if somewhat old) fries and nothing else. Please give the kids' menu the same love you give the grownups.
