Sadly i have too say the worst Jardine chemist. How why it is being run like this fail me, it's not just one experience it's many, like many others have given up, relying on pharmacy 2U .At least i receive all my medication, without rudeness and bad customer service

I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I have weekly prescriptions, and almost every week, they don't have it even when I've called to check first. They are leaving patients without vital meds. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing and lack any customer service skills. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give zero I would. Their opening times on Google and on their website are wrong they're closed for an hour at lunch. I even rang ahead to say I was coming in and was not told they close for an hour 1-2pm. The shop assistant just pointed at the door very unhelpfully to a sign but I don't understand why they can't... read full comment
