Guy working today 08/08/24 during lunch time was extremely rude today, clearly has no customer service skills whatsoever and has the most patronizing tone when taking your order. Started giving me a lecture in a shop full of customers. Extremely unprofessional and put off having lunch here now. The ladies are usually lovely...

The shop doesn't always stick to it's opening times. At least once a week it is closed when I arrive at just after 6pm.
