The worst laid out Boots I have ever come across! It has a lot of products - but never the things I’m looking for. The medical supplies (bandages etc) section is terribly small. Queues can be very long. But the staff are usually friendly - however a man at the till did bash my phone about when I presented my advantage... read full comment

Awful service at make up counters. Cannot find staff, they don’t return to help when asked. Wouldn’t colour match me on foundation and then not permitted to give two sample colours of foundation. How am I supposed to make a decision?! I buy premium makeup regularly and will now make a point never to buy there again.... read full comment
