Rude member of staff!! My partner went in to donate a bag of misc.. she was told she has to wait while they go through the bag as "we havent got space for rubbish and our bins are full"If it was rubbish we would have put in the bin ourselves.. Bought an electrical item couple of weeks ago, weren't given a receipt, it didn't work so took the item back within about an hour, told can't have money back just another item to same value, on the same visit we took 5 bags of donations to sell, I suggest everyone asks for a receipt, I thought electrical items should be... read full comment
