Shocking service. In recent years, many branches were closed, leading to only one branch being opened, i went in for a simple service, queueing for more than 40 min. Appalling service today - have sat here for over an hour to transfer some money and still not been seen. Keep being told I’m next on the list but those that have appointments keep going in front so never being seen.
