Saturday the 9th of March at 16:50, one manned till, no self service tills functioning, 15 people queuing to pay. No other staff members visible.What a joke! Call yourself retailers?

Terrible place to shop. I spent an age trawling the website, noting product codes, checking you had stock and which aisles I needed. At the store it fell apart. You actually had none of the things your site said you had! Not one. Staff were pretty clueless, just box shifters that know nothing of the products...On top of... read full comment
