Today I walked passed 2 male security guards in the store they just suddenly said swear words without any reason. They have defended themselves said they were in the middle of a conversation and that I spy on them. However, why would they say this exactly when I just walked passed as a customer? I found them very rude.

It’s useless to call. I asked to get me through opticians, after three people got me through different sections the call was cut off, very inefficient.
