had to wait ages, they served people who came in after me. And yes i do have an appointment they just don’t care and have been staring at me giving me dirty looks while they serve the person who walked in at least 10 mins after i came in.

Incredibly poor Apple experience - very understaffed to attend to their customers, poor customer service in general and overall an extremely inattentive experience. Disappointing. This store is obsolete.
