Rude, wouldn’t accept my rewards scan, because it wasn’t from the app itself. But added to wallet. Short changed on the meat in the sub. And salad was minuscule. Spent £15 on sub and salad. I get subways are franchises but you still have to follow a standard. Franchisees always trying to cut and make a saving

I don't normally leave reviews but I was shocked by how I was treated by the lady staff member and this has now happened numerous times. Today She asked what I would like and I was turned down with every option I gave saying that they were closing soon so I don't have time or it will take to long to make. I never understand why people go into the service industry yet don’t greet you, smile, use manners and generally make you feel like you’re an inconvenience, bewildering.
