Too often, Sainsbury's IT has too distant a relationship with their shelf ticketing. As a result, returns with overcharged merchandise are necessitated and it happens too often to be labelled occasional. Refunds are given without demur, but it's poor service which doesn't happen with other supermarkets in town.
