The location is ok. No refrigerator in the room. Only short-term parking zone or paid parking spaces available. The cleaning lady is an imposition. Can’t believe this is part of the Premier Inn group! The hotel needs a complete refurb and a professional customer focused team to run it! Everything is grubby or broken. Great hotel in the centre of Marlow. This is a little different than your normal Premier inn’s. As it’s quite small it feels more like a boutique hotel and with its location right by the river puts it in a nice location.
