Tried to drop off my parcel here 4 times. The first 3 attempts failed because "There is nobody here who can help you with the request". On the 4th was not successful because they do not provide any packaging which I have been informed by some rude person with an attitude like they making me a favour.DHL should close the...

I took my parcel to the drop off point and the lady had to do the booking for me again as the original bar code that was sent to my email did not appear to work eventually however she sorted it for me
