Disappointed in BHF whose work I have supported in the past. Banging on doors and hassling people for money is not appropriate. People work nights, work fromhome, have sleeping babies, and lives, it’s totally unacceptable to be roaming residential areas asking for money.I’ve also popped in a few times to this branch...

Lovely selection and charity shop just a shame about the lady on the till who was very rude. A customer approached the lady and politely asked if she could leave her items by the till and the response she got was very blunt and rude 'Id rather you didn't' instead of a polite response or even helping , this was very upsetting...
