Very rude manager. Bought a blazer a while ago which was unworn and now needing to wear it, noticed that the security tag hadn't been removed at time of purchase. Went back to the shop today and asked a girl by the tills for help and she refused to take it off. Unfortunately i thought the manager would be more helpful but... read full comment

Really disappointed!!! I have now visited 4 River Island outlets Only to find that each outlet no longer stocks a short leg in my waist size. Worse still I couldn't even order via the branch!! Was more than happy to purchase 3 pairs of Jeans!!
