Friendly helpful staff. First time in this store and I was impressed by the size of it and lots of parking.

Very bad customer service! One man searched quick online to order some school trousers for my son. I went next day to collect them and they were wrong ones, no problem, I understood that, no worries.. I went to Next to do some shopping. I was at the men’s section on the upper floor. As I was shopping, I was using my bag, the person working there shouted at me and took the clothes to the counter, he was extremely rude with no customer service skills because he could have just asked politely and I I wouldn’t mind.... read full comment
