From March this branch will only open Monday to Friday. Only reason decided to bank with them was the fact I could visit the bank in person. You just get told to go to the Aylesbury branch

Great experience in branch, very helpful staff. Manager Leanne was helpful and friendly with account queries.

Tried opening an account on 3 separate occasions, no one is ever available, despite 3 or 4 members of staff sitting at desk looking bored, no queues and the staff you speak to are not very friendly.
