Appalling service. I am a Lloyds customer with 3 accounts and I approached the branch today to get information and advice about Lloyds investments products and the answer I got from the lady at the counter is to go an check online as the info is there. Well, I have not other option than take my money somewhere else.

With only 2 staff members behind the desk, what annoyed me was that there were two other staff members on who were walking around with ipads, seeing if they could help anyone.
