Pretty uninformed staff. Tried to use Hermes drop off NO PACKAGE RETURN yet the staff kept telling me they can’t accept the return unless I’ve packaged it.\\n\\nGenuinely ridiculous they don’t even know what return services they’re meant to offer and I can see I’m not the only one whose had problem returning packages... read full comment
