Was told to order from machine while the associates were talking. Was told " we only take order when it's too busy"

The food was great as usual but I had a delivery and my burger was not packed I tried to call and message I got no response we claimed back money for the burger but I was still left without my burger because of the minimum budget to get delivery so this was disappointing from burger king however this is the first time... read full comment
