Inexplicably rude customer service, when all I did was bring in a brand new kitchen appliance in its original box for donation. It was a good reminder of why I don't live in the UK anymore. Some of the staff here should seriously reconsider their career choices.

Store timing says it closes at 5:30 pm but every-time I come it closes before 5pm.

Had a collection booked for today, arranged weeks ago. Phoned the store, and was assured it’ll be picked up today by 2pm, despite my pick up time being set for the morning.Phoned the store 3 times, past 2pm - straight to voicemail.What an absolute waste of my time!!!
