I went into Barclays bank High wycombe on Tuesday 27th February 2024 and was very pleased with the service I received from Yasmin Aslam, she helped solved the problems I had very quickly and efficiently.

It takes a very long time to get to the counter. I left after waiting for 20 minutes in a line of 8 people that was not moving. Either Barclays needs more staff or, if there are insufficient funds, it should establish an appointment system. The current situation is in dire need of change. Went to Barclays Bank in High Wycombe on a whim today after 4 failed attempts to access the account to which I’m POA. I was met by a lady called Monika, who was able to sort out any issues I had logging in and helped with opening an account. Monika was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to do this efficiently.... read full comment
