Bought a door from slough B and Q but it was wrong door and went to high Wycombe branch and manager Naveed refused to take although it was complete new and sealed .
I did not even touch .
I even requested to have store credit or anything to save my driving this horrible weather.

The staff were incredibly unhelpful and down right rude I went to buy bed bug spray and I was told I needed to be 25 so I called my dad to come in and buy it but they refused service honestly with no reasoning other than it is their policy. Horrible experience but there was a nice staff member who told me where the spray... read full comment
