Absolutely no staff on at all. The one gent who was on, was doing all the jobs (till, item retrieval and handing out the items) when asked for an extra staff member to assist with the queue,as I only had a collection, he said she was the only one on, as the other person called in sick. Absolutely diabolical service! Impossible to get hold of customer service and if you do they lack common sense. Rude manager!

I had to visit this store twice to find out later that my click and collect parcel is missing and the staff simply did not give a damn to get it resolved. The worst I have ever experienced. Avoid.
