Absolutely cracking store. Quality own branded food (as well as branded) and the staff go above and beyond.Special mention has to go to Melisa who helped me out when I was really struggling to find niche items and was in a huge rush.

Waitrose has lost its soul and Gerrards cross Waitrose even more. The choice is pathetic, the organic vegetables range is super limitedthe fish counter is a disgrace and they pack at 530 pm even on fish friday and most importantly their sustainability programs are aJOKE.
