Imho, they don’t deserve the low ratings. They have introduced longer opening hours which will help esp now that its busy season.

It's hard to find the post office counter hidden behind boxes of crisps and wares. The staff seem to think they are doing you favour , when you eventuall reach the end of never ending queue to be served, and are more often than not very abrupt and rude.
