I ordered a pizza at 18:30 this evening via Uber Eats. It is now 21:58 and it has not arrived despite it being marked as delivered. I have called the store 17 times with no answer. Appalling service and I will be expecting a full refund once I can get through!

Can't even click on the shop I want to order from, as an advert is in front of it and won't go. Can click on 2 other shops near the postcode, but not the one I'm trying to go to. I'll go to Domino's instead.

Waited over an hour for delivery of 5 sides - 1hour 20 to be exact. Incredibly rude staff- was hung up on by the general employee and supervisors. Was not allowed to voice my complaint. Was also told my food was not able to be cold when it was. Was lied to and general made to feel like crap. Never ever would give my money... read full comment
