Truly appalling experience. If this is representative, no wonder the post office is going down the tubes. If this is a franchise, someone should remove their contract. Slow, rude, inefficient. Rudest owners ever I input the wrong pin number and he shouted and screamed at me saying he needs a break and tea break, and people like me should know there pin giving him too much work by inputting wrong and in front of my kids disgusting
