At Westfield branch was actually quiet for once. Staff were talking to each other ,waited a minute then asked if any were actually serving .The staff member actually just backed away so we walked out and went to Black Sheep Coffee next door ,served immediately,seemed appropriate!ly named place after how we were treated... read full comment
