Difficult to navigate wasted time went to collect parcel depot shut such a small window their opening times. Keep this up Royal mail your business will get done. Shame as you statred it all.

Collection office, unfortunately shortened hours 8-10am now which does make life a little difficult for collection. Staff ok and polite although don’t give off a ‘happy in their job’ vibe - but perhaps that’s because I was there first thing. Hope their day improved.
