Usually I receive excellent hot drinks, and piping savouries. Unfortunately after my visit to this branch the coffee I was served was very diluted tasted less of caffeine more of a watery, milky drink, The taste was not pleasant whatsoever. Had appalling service this Saturday morning; lady who served me (must be new, don't recognise her) was so argumentative and rude over a QR code, what a joke!Never had issues here before, but I guess this branch does now with this lady and her lack of customer service skills.
