The initial greeting was friendly and polite and courteous. The optician was excellent, explaining everything clearly and patiently and providing very helpful advice. All in all, everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you

Professional, welcoming, and felt very much at ease both during the eye examination and in the shop afterwards. Also had an adjustment made to my previous glasses free of charge.
