Time wasters! Avoid them at all costs!Applied, AIP was offered. Looked for a house that didn't use up all the loan given to me in the AIP. Returned with the offer! Paid the evaluation fee! And then they returned with a mortgage offer that was even less than the initial AIP!( Remember I didn't use up all the loan offered... read full comment
