Really sorry but the queue was massive and just one guy on the till. I feel for the staff but this new setup isn't working. They really need to review it all. 2 days before Christmas and mad mad queues. Waited an hour just to pick up. No seating. 25 people standing. 3 days before Christmas - you would expect more than 1 person working. A big que to collect items and only 1 person working.
