Disappointing service when car wash failed. I have used this car wash many times. Having paid for the wash, the machine failed to work. On reporting this I was initially told it is working perfectly, with the suggestion being that I was an idiot and didn’t understand how to use it. I was very pleased that this parking is free for HGVs,LID at a distance of 20 meters is also a nice bonus
