Quality of service has gone way down, unfortunately. My post never gets delivered to me. They continuously confuse my address for another nearby location. No matter how many times I try to get the matter fixed, it’s always the same issue. Makes me nervous for when important documents are being sent to me via Royal Mail... read full comment
