Had to return an item that cost £12.99. Refund was cash, the lady at Returns asked me if I had 1p. I didnt, so she gave me 12.99 with a grin. Lots of 1p coins. I never realized how important 1p is for a retailer like TK Maxx. Bletchley, 1/3/24, 10.50-10.53
