Service is absolutely terrible. The first day, I was informed that I was unable to use the dhl service due to the system upgrade. The second day, the PDQ machine was showing no connection, hence unable to make any credit / debit card payments. Apparently DHL have failed to deliver my parcel on 2 occasions even though I have not been out of my house .....so I'm definitely NOT impressed with the service
