We managed to find everything we needed in here for our grandchildren, but was a bit disheartened by their poor book selection.

They have everything you need for school and they have a nice selection there but when i went the shop was open with no staff in the shop and the things are extremely pricey there

RUDE STAFF AND NO ONE AROUND!!What shocking service!!! I took my mother into WHSMITH today at 2:00pm to send a DHL parcel and there was no staff anywhere on the floor. People were ringing the bell for staff and walking out the shop. Finally an Indian lady arrives with a real attitude and tells us she has not received training... read full comment
