I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Timpsons in Sainsbury's, Beaconsfield. Upon arriving, there was no one at the counter, which wasn't an issue as I only needed to print photos. While using the machine, I received an abrupt comment about the cover being off the payment machine, which caught me off guard....
