Really poor customer service from the staff working there which is a huge disservice to Space NK and the lovely products they sell. Why are the staff so cold and unapproachable? I also asked them for recommendations on a lip salve and they just said “ummmm not sure” ?

For a shop that sells such lovely products the level of customer service is absolutely shocking.
