Paid for a 'guaranteed next day by 1pm' delivery as I thought it would be faster and more reliable than 1st class - boy, was I wrong! 6.50 am it was in Beaconsfield Delivery Office but at 3.16pm, 2 and a 1/4 hours later - nothing!! What a right Royal mess of a service!! Hopeless!!

Never heard of such ridiculously short opening hours for any company. Especially when there's still full staff in the rest of the building. Most PO's have a bell to ring for attention so it's not like it needs someone on it full time.
