Orderd a burger and found a long black hair in it. Took it back to the counter. And the lady Named Dhaya at the counter asked her colleague to take thd hair out and give it back, in a foreign language and actions. This was noticed and requested for a fresh burger and sorted.
Enforce you to use self service machines, which are slow, and cause queues. All whilst the staff are waiting around. Food is slow to come out, due to the stream of deliveroo / Uber orders. Do not recommend.
