I telephoned. On behalf of my post office/shop that I couldn't get into. Also our lovely PO counter staff - could NOT get help on the 'phone. I telephoned triangle business Park PO depot. After initially talking "down" to me - the young chap DID listen AND I found out later that they did PICK UP THE HUGE BACKLOG OF PO parcels... read full comment

Sometimes they leave my parcels outside my door which is ideal (we’re on the second floor and have an elevator) or sometimes just leave it in the communal area for everyone to see and now my parcels been stolen.

never got anything delivered to my house. Always got the" we didn't find you home"ticket. Lately there no ticket either, I just go with the tracking to check my parcel. It's one week at least to get something from eBay.
