I agree with other comments about rude staff. The lady behind the PO counter has not got a customer service bone in her body - very curt and ill mannered. The lady at the front desk is OK and helpful but could just smile a bit more..

I’m so sad to post this as have tried over the years to give this post office the benefit of the doubt and would hate to see this local service disappear. This PO has won a well deserved reputation for rude and unhelpful “ customer service “.Closed for very extensive lunch breaks with no notice of this on door or website !Argues with the customer re postal requirements, I send a lot of parcels abroad and am aware of max measurements etc with Royal Mail.There are alternatives,... read full comment
