It seems like it’s never open. 9.00 opening time will most likely be 9.30 or 10.00 depending of the mood of the staff, closing time, again depends how they feel that day but usually is closed by 3.00pm. Try and AVOID if you have other options and don’t want to waste your time!!!!

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Probably one of the slowest services I've had with a post office... At least it's open when I came...
