I bought the broken product and when I went the next day to tell them they said couldn't help me and they don't give receipts all the time because they save the paper (said that if i want receipt i must insist more)and they were very disrespectful.

Anna,Ann or whatever her name is(short with dark hair) is a disgrace serving! So rude and impatient. Constantly moans. If you don’t want to work leave job for a nicer person! Rest of staff are lovely.

Small shop so can get crowded but they fix the problem by allowing so many people in at a time, sometimes. Does have very good deals on food and drink though and a huge variety of drink machines.
